Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an enthusiastic F&B coordinator to help deliver guest satisfaction and seamless restaurant operations.

You will work closely with restaurant managers, guests, and vendors, assist with menu updates, pricing, and seasonal promotions, and ensure proper shift coverage, stock, and compliance with local regulations. This role requires flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Flexible to night, weekend and holiday shifts.

• Literate with reading, writing and basic maths.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with restaurant managers, guests and vendors to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with menu updates, pricing and promotions with the F&B team.
• Oversee shift coverage and staff scheduling.
• Ensure cleanliness, stock levels, and OBSM/compliance in menus and collaterals.
• Support daily and weekly F&B meetings and promotions.
