This position is based at Breezway Experience Centre, Temasya 8, Glenmarie

Key Role

As Export Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth and market expansion for the company in global markets. You will create and manage a robust global sales strategy that maximizes profits and strengthens the company’s international presence.

  1. Developing Sales Strategies: Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets.
  2. Identifying Business Opportunities: Identify emerging markets and opportunities for growth.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and partners. Address customer’s concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Setting Sales Targets and Objectives: Establish clear sales goals and targets aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth strategy.
  5. Sales Forecasting and Planning: Analyse global market trends, customer needs, and sales data to forecast sales projections, allocate resources effectively, and plan sales activities.
  6. Monitoring Sales Performance: Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded.
  7. Driving Sales Initiatives: Lead sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to generate leads, acquire new customers, and increase market share.
  8. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends, and conduct analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
  9. Networking and Representation: Represent the company at international trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities. Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and distributors.
  10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to align sales efforts, share insights, and support overall business objectives.
  11. Ensuring Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that sales activities comply with company policies, international trade and industry regulations, and ethical standards, and promote a culture of integrity and professionalism.
  12. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
