Job summary

Focus Chemical Sdn Bhd is seeking an Export Logistic Customer Service Executive in Penang to manage daily export operations, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate with customers and suppliers for on-time delivery. The role requires strong English and Mandarin skills and experience with Letters of Credit.

The ideal candidate will handle enquiries and complaints, manage customer payments, and work closely with warehouse, logistics, purchasing and sales to ensure smooth delivery and strong

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience handling LC (Letter of Credit) and export documentation
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Basic logistics knowledge preferred
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin; Mandarin-speaking candidates required

Responsibilities

• Handle daily export operation tasks for shipments
• Prepare shipping documents and arrange samples
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely customer updates
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers/forwarders for smooth operation planning
• Attend customer orders, inquiries and complaints
• Manage payments from customers
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, purchasing and sales to ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure team performance for timely and accurate order execution and on-time in-full deliveries

Export Logistic Customer Service Executive

1) Handle daily operation tasks for export shipments

2) Preparation of shipping documents & sample arrangement

3) Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers

4) Work closely with customers & suppliers/ forwarder to ensure smooth operation planning

5) Attend customer orders, enquiries and complaints

6) Managing the payment from customer

7) Coordinate with warehouse, logistic, purchasing and sales departments as well as other departments to ensure on time delivery of orders

8) Responsible for team performance on timely and accurate execution of orders and ensure on time in full deliveries according to agreed term of sales

Requirements :

Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience with LC, Letter of Credit (preferable)

Possess at least diploma or bachelor degree in relevant field

Possess basic logistic knowledge is preferable

Good command of both oral & written in English and Mandarin (is a must). "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."\
