Job summary

LSCHEM INDUSTRY SDN BHD is launching a junior talent development program at our Pasir Gudang, Johor plant to groom future business division professionals.

The program covers order processing, client communication, documentation, payment support, logistics coordination, and daily admin tasks, with Mandarin and English as working languages to service clients in China and overseas. It welcomes fresh graduates and supports career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Logistics Management, Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Receive, confirm, and follow up on orders from domestic trade clients, ensuring accuracy of order information.
• Maintain good communication with clients and respond to inquiries regarding orders, delivery dates, inventory, and product information.
• Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations, contracts, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Follow up on client payment status and assist finance with reconciliation and collection efforts.
• Coordinate client pickup with workshop production; arrange logistics and ensure smooth information flow between clients, production, and trucking company.
• Assist sales team with daily administrative tasks and customer service.

Job description

It is the latest junior talent development program for the LSChem group to prepare business division professionals for our plant in Pasir Gudang, Johor. The accepted candidates will be assigned to the Pasir Gudang office.

1. Responsible for receiving, confirming, and following up on orders from domestic trade clients, ensuring the accuracy of order information.

2. Maintain good communication with clients and promptly respond to their inquiries regarding orders, delivery dates, inventory, and product information.

3. Prepare sales-related documents, such as quotations, sales contracts, delivery notes, and invoices.

4. Follow up on client payment status and assist the finance department with reconciliation and collection efforts.

5. Coordinate client pickup needs with workshop production, rationally arrange logistics, and ensure effective communication and information flow between clients, production, and the trucking company.

6. Assist the sales team in handling daily administrative tasks and customer service.

Mandarin and English are required as the working language to service clients in China and oversea. If you have no work experience ,we also welcome to apply.

No limit to diploma ,but below skills/qualifications/experience/background are highly appreciated:
