Toll Group in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia, is hiring a Customer Service Officer-1 to handle data entry, bookings, and documentation for export shipments. You will work within our Cargo Wise system to register consignments and issue shipper instructions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will respond to queries, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and look for process improvements through continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Diploma in related field or equivalent.
• Experience in data entry and freight forwarding preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent English written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Enter data per Export SOP.
• Create Quick Booking per Booking Confirmation in Cargo Wise.
• Register Consol and issue Shippers instructions.
• Respond to queries and ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with stakeholders by email.
