Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to oversee administrative and operational activities at the Experience Center. You will report to the Branch Manager and collaborate with the Country Retail Operations team.

You will lead a team of Branch Support Admin, drive process improvements, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth booking-to-delivery and loan disbursement workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance, business or economics mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in operations or finance roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and operational matters at the Experience Center under Branch Manager supervision.
• Develop strategies and action plans for Branch Operation process improvements.
• Track and coordinate customer orders from booking to delivery with consultants and admin staff.
• Monitor loan processing activities from application to disbursement.
• Train and develop Branch Support Admin to meet TAT and SLA requirements.
• Ensure data compliance and accuracy in CMS for all entries by BSA.
• Coordinate fleet movement for booked inventory between Experience Centers.
• Maintain cash handling and settlements with banks and card terminals.
