Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a warehouse professional to oversee daily operations in Malaysia, ensuring GMP compliance and adherence to company procedures. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading and dispatching of materials and finished products while maintaining strict material identification and status control.

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations in compliance with GMP requirements, company procedures and applicable regulations.
• Ensure proper identification and status control of all materials.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, order fulfilment and record accuracy.
• Handle material purchasing, sales and inventory management activities.
• Generate reports on stock levels, warehouse performance and other key metrics.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Production, Purchasing, Logistics and other departments to ensure materials are received, released, stored, issued and dispatched according to approved procedures.
• Address logistics issues such as delays, damages or discrepancies, and develop corrective actions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Maintain warehouse documentation and records that are complete, accurate, legible and traceable, in line with GMP and document control requirements.
