The Executive, Talent Development is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and supporting nationwide training and talent development programs delivered by the organization for external clients. This role ensures the smooth execution of program operations, a high-quality participant experience, and effective coordination among trainers, clients, and both internal and external stakeholders. The position also supports program development, documentation and administration, as well as continuous improvement of talent development program delivery.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Training Coordination & Delivery Support
- Coordinate end-to-end training program logistics, including scheduling, venues, trainers, and participants
- Ensure training sessions are delivered smoothly in accordance with approved plans
- Support trainers during delivery, including preparation of materials, attendance tracking, technical setup, and participant readiness
- Monitor training attendance and ensure compliance with program requirements
2.Client & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with clients, training providers, government agencies, and program participants
- Respond to enquiries relating to training schedules, content, and logistics in a timely manner
- Maintain strong and professional working relationships with all stakeholders
3.Administrative & Documentation
- Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, reports, certificates, and evaluation forms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and databases
- Support preparation of proposals, quotations, program documentation, and claim submissions
- Ensure compliance with HRD Corp and other relevant regulatory or training body requirements
- Ensure proper safeguarding and storage of records and documentation in accordance with SOPs and audit requirements
4.Evaluation & Reporting
- Collect, compile, and analyse training feedback and evaluation results
- Prepare post-training reports and basic analysis of training effectiveness
- Support continuous improvement of training content, delivery methods, and overall program effectiveness
5.Marketing & Program Support
- Support promotion of training programs through email campaigns, brochures, and social media platforms
- Assist in outreach to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Participate in promotional activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, briefings, and stakeholder engagement sessions
6.Undertake any other duties or assignments as directed by management from time to time
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience in Talent Development, Training, or related fields
- Candidates with knowledge and experience in government/non-government or HRD Corp talent development and training processes (from proposal submission to claim submission) will have an added advantage
- Candidates from training providers, or those who have held roles in designing and delivering talent development programs for government, non-government, or corporate clients, will be an added advantage
- Candidates with experience in the development and execution of technical training or talent development programs will have an added advantage
