Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Talent Acquisition & Development to lead end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers, and support onboarding processes.

You will coordinate training programmes, maintain HR records, and contribute to employer branding and talent development initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, training coordination or general HR.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and offer preparation.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation and probation follow-ups for new employees.
• Work with payroll on employee movements including hires, confirmations, transfers and resignations.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external employee training programmes.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, training records and HR reports.

Executive, Talent Acquisition & Development

• Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and offer preparation.
• Work with hiring managers to understand manpower and hiring requirements.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation and probation follow-ups.
• Work closely with the Payroll Team on employee movements, including new hires, confirmations, transfers, promotions and resignations.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external employee training programmes.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, training records and HR reports.
• Support employer branding, employee engagement and talent-development initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, training coordination or general HR.
• Experience in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, warehouse or logistics environments is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and HRD Corp processes is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment platforms or HR systems.
