About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Learning & Development Executive to join our Training team and support the planning, preparation and delivery of learning programmes entrusted to us by our clients.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to make great learning experiences happen. This includes preparing training materials to coordinating logistics, maintaining programme records and supporting our trainers throughout the learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of training programmes, workshops and other learning initiatives.
- Coordinate programme logistics including schedules, venues, participant arrangements, training materials and other operational requirements.
- Liaise with trainers, internal team members, vendors and relevant stakeholders to ensure programmes run smoothly.
- Provide on‑site support during training programmes where required.
- Anticipate programme requirements and follow through on details before, during and after each training session.
- Assist trainers in preparing, formatting and updating PowerPoint training decks, participant handouts, activity materials and other learning resources.
- Ensure training materials are accurate, visually presentable and ready for delivery.
- Support the adaptation of existing learning materials based on programme and client requirements.
- Maintain proper version control and organisation of training materials for future reference and reuse.
Administration & Data Management
- Support the end‑to‑end administration of HRD Corp-related training requirements, including preparation and submission of relevant documentation, claims support, record keeping, coordination of required supporting documents, and assistance with HRD Corp site visits or audits where applicable.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of training programmes, participant information, feedback, evaluation data and learning materials.
- Ensure proper safekeeping and confidentiality of client and programme information.
- Assist with general administrative tasks required to support the Training team's operations and growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Education, Learning & Development, Communications or a related discipline is preferred.
- Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in related field; however, fresh graduates with high interest in HR/Talent Development field are encouraged to apply.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint is important, as the role involves frequent preparation and management of training materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Canva is an added advantage, but not essential.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable supporting occasional off‑site training programmes and travelling when required.
