Executive/ Senior Executive - Warehouse - (Based in Tanjung Langsat)

We are now looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual to join our team as Warehouse Executive/Senior Executive, and you will be responsible for providing administrative support on daily operations.

Below is the general job function:

Plan and coordinate the receiving, storage, inventory transfer and delivery of finished goods to ensure smooth and timely warehouse operations.

Coordinate with Production, transporters and internal stakeholders to ensure proper movement and documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Monitor inventory levels, accuracy, FIFO/shelf-life requirements, cycle counts and stock takes, and investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.

Monitor warehouse capacity, space utilisation, housekeeping and storage arrangements to optimise warehouse efficiency.

Monitor warehouse equipment, vehicles and own lorry inspection validity to ensure operational readiness and compliance.

Monitor delivery performance, costs, timelines and productivity, highlight abnormalities, and assist in preparing relevant operational reports.

Implement and monitor warehouse policies, procedures, audit requirements and corrective action plans in compliance with Company standards.

Lead and develop warehouse team members by providing guidance, coaching, performance evaluation and development planning to improve productivity and efficiency.

Ensure workplace safety, security and compliance with QMS, EMS, OHSAS and other applicable Company requirements, and perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

Background:

Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related field from recognised university or college.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience managing delivery planning, transport or shipping arrangement in manufacturing environment.

Knowledge & Skill:

Good knowledge in delivery planning and transport arrangement.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS)

Experience in working in warehouse or logistic department in manufacturing industry.

Experience in operating forklift and reach truck.

Excellent time management and organisation skills, meticulous and delivers quality work.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.

Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging yet fun environment.

A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details.

A good team player and communicator.

Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Good presentation skills and able to communicate with all levels.
