Job summary

Nippon Paint (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Executive/Senior Executive based in Tanjung Langsat to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and delivery planning. You will coordinate with production and transporters, monitor inventory and compliance, and lead the warehouse team to improve efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in logistics or related field, with 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing logistics, and strong knowledge of SAP/WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics/supply chain or related field is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years in delivery planning, transport or shipping in manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of delivery planning and transport arrangements.
• Proficient with SAP, WMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate receiving, storage, inventory transfer and delivery of finished goods.
• Coordinate with production, transporters and internal stakeholders on shipments and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, FIFO/shelf-life, counts and discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse capacity, space utilisation, and storage arrangements.
• Ensure safety, compliance with QMS/EMS/OHSAS and prepare operational reports.
• Lead and develop warehouse team members and provide guidance.
