AkzoNobel is hiring a warehouse inbound associate in Nilai, Malaysia, to support daily receiving, checking documents, stock put-away, and safe handling, including fork-lift operations when needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of warehouse experience, a minimum SPM, basic computer skills, and a strong team ethic with strict adherence to safety, attendance, and rotating shifts.

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Previous experience in inbound, receiving, operations is preferred.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling and warehouse activities.
• Basic computer
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Good attendance, discipline, and a responsible working attitude.
• Willing work rotation shift.

Responsabilidades

• Support inbound receiving activities, including unloading and checking incoming goods.
• Verify physical goods against relevant documents such as PO, Delivery Order (DO), packing list, and shipment documents.
• Operate forklift for loading, unloading, put-away, picking, and stock movement.
• Ensure goods are stored in the correct warehouse location and maintain proper stock arrangement.
• Assist with GR (Goods Receipt) preparation and ensure received goods are properly handed over for system processing.
• Perform physical stock checks and support stock counting and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure goods are handled safely to prevent damage during receiving and storage.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow 5S, warehouse safety, and company procedures.
• Support loading and preparation of goods for local and export shipments when required.
• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or receiving issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
