Job summary

Talent Trader Group in Malaysia is seeking an Export Sales & Customer Service specialist responsible for managing key accounts and export customers, coordinating quotations, orders, delivery orders and invoices, and ensuring on-time delivery.

You will work with supply chain teams to secure product availability, nurture customer relationships, and provide proactive service while maintaining accurate CRM records and generating insightful reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Experience in Export Sales and coordinating shipping arrangements.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and ability to analyze data and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvements in customer service workflows and processes.
• Manage key accounts and export customers with day-to-day support.
• Coordinate complete order fulfilment: quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoices.
• Collaborate with supply chain to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell and value-added solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships with proactive service and prompt support.
• Inform customers of order status, shipments, and changes.
• Partner with Sales to ensure timely enquiries are handled.
• Investigate issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
• Administer and optimize CRM data quality and sales opportunities.

• Drive continuous improvements in customer service workflows and operational processes to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts and export customers, ensuring excellent day-to-day account support.
• Coordinate the complete order fulfilment process, including preparing quotations, processing sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery commitments.
• Identify opportunities to recommend complementary products and value-added solutions based on customers' business needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing prompt support, professional advice, and proactive service.
• Keep customers informed of order status, shipment schedules, and any changes throughout the fulfilment process.
• Partner with the Sales team to deliver responsive customer support and ensure enquiries are handled within the expected turnaround time.
• Investigate customer issues, coordinate with relevant departments, and provide timely resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback, identify service improvement opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to management.
• Maintain accurate customer records, including account creation and updates within the customer database.
• Administer and optimise the CRM system by ensuring data accuracy, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining high-quality customer information.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any fields
• Experience in handling Export Sales and familiar with coordinating shipping arrangements
• Good sound knowledge of CRM, ability to analyse data and prepare functional reports
