Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an export sales support to assist the sales team in achieving financial targets through effective sales support and market research, while developing and nurturing existing and prospective export business.

You will manage end-to-end export order execution from receipt to shipment coordination and payment follow-up, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliant order fulfilment and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of export experience.
• FMCG experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in English written and spoken; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in achieving company targets through sales support and market research.
• Develop and nurture existing and prospective export business.
• Manage end-to-end export order execution from receipt through shipment coordination to payment follow-up.

Support the sales team in achieving company financial targets through effective sales support and market research activities.

Develop and nurture existing as well as prospective export business

Manage end-to-end export order execution, from order receipt through shipment coordination to payment follow-up.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment, execution, and compliance with customer requirements and regulatory guidelines of assigned markets.

Assist new product development initiatives and launches, including planning and coordination on packaging adaptation and compliance check.

Assist in market research to identify new business opportunities, product potential, and market expansion.

Ensure all tasks and documentation are completed promptly, accurately, and thoroughly.

Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Possess any degree with minimum 3 years of working experience in export. Experience in FMCG would be added advantage.

Good in written and communication in English would be added advantage.

Proficient in Words, Excel and Power Point.

Independent and reliable.

Strong organizational skill.

Willing to travel local or overseas whenever necessary.
