Job summary

MUN Medico in Malaysia seeks a dynamic Sales Executive to promote and sell medical products across the Malacca region. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and meet targets. This role requires travel within the territory and a valid driving licence.

The ideal candidate holds a marketing or life sciences degree, is self-motivated, and excels in communication, presentation, and negotiation. Prior healthcare industry exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development would be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in dental, healthcare, medical, laboratory, or dialysis industries are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's products within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing timely support, product information, and professional guidance.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer visits to generate business opportunities.
• Continuously explore market potential and gather market intelligence to increase market share and customer penetration.
• Address customer enquiries and challenges professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Contribute positively to team goals and undertake any other ad hoc assignments as required.
