Job summary

PharmaRise Sdn Bhd is seeking an energetic Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and build lasting customer relationships across healthcare institutions in Malaysia. You will identify new opportunities, promote our pharma, medical device, and healthcare supplement products, and deliver exceptional service to clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals.

Qualifications

1–2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare-related industries.
Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in a relevant field.
Able to work independently with high self-motivation.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned coverage areas and possess own transportation.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive product sales in assigned territories to achieve sales targets.
Provide excellent service, promptly handle customer inquiries, and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Promote pharmaceutical, medical device, and health supplement products to clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare centers.
Establish and foster strong relationships with doctors, specialists, and nurses to encourage adoption and recommendations.
Expand and strengthen the distribution network and customer base within assigned areas.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular feedback and sales updates to management.

Job Responsibilities:

To develop and drive product sales in assigned territories to achieve sales targets set by the company.
To provide excellent service, handle customer inquiries promptly, and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
To promote a range of pharmaceutical, medical device, and health supplement products to clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare centers.
To establish and foster strong relationships with doctors, specialists, and nurses to encourage the adoption and recommendation of company products.
To expand and strengthen the distribution network and customer base within assigned areas.
To monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular feedback and sales updates to management.

Job Requirements:

Preferably a minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare-related industries (Healthcare Lab / Hospital / Pharmacy / Dental).
Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in a relevant field.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess high selfmotivation.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a high level of empathy.
Demonstrated ability to absorb technical and clinical knowledge quickly and communicate it effectively to healthcare professionals.
Possess own transportation with a valid driving license (Class D) and willing to travel extensively within the assigned coverage areas.
