Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to sales enquiries (call-in and walk-in) and provide product information to achieve targets.

• Participate in property launches, exhibitions and sales office duties.
• Schedule and conduct property tours and virtual presentations; follow up to convert leads.
• Monitor market pricing and competitor projects to refine positioning.

Job description

• Attend to sales enquiries, including call-in and walk-in customers, by providing relevant information about the products and projects with the objective of achieving sales targets.
• Execute marketing strategies to achieve the sales targets set by the Company.
• Participate in property launches, exhibitions, and sales office duties.
• Monitor competitor projects and provide market feedback to Management to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
• Be tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
• Build and maintain good relationships with potential customers to increase the customer base and customer loyalty.
• Achieve the sales targets assigned by the Company.
• Conduct property tours, virtual presentations, and follow-up sessions to nurture leads into confirmed sales.
• Keep abreast of competitor projects, market pricing, and buyer trends in the high-end property segment.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in high-end or landed property sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals.
• Proven track record in closing high-value property transactions and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Confident, well-groomed, and professional in demeanour.
