Selat Group in Malaysia seeks a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to manage property sales administration and post-sales activities, coordinating with purchasers, sale agents, solicitors, bankers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of sales processes. You will handle bookings, SPA and loan documentation, monitor progressive billing, commissions, and maintain accurate purchaser records.

The Senior Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for managing property sales administration and post-sales activities, coordinating with purchasers, sales agents, solicitors, financiers, consultants, government authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of sales processes.
Manage property bookings, sales documentation, SPA, loan documentation, cancellations, and post-sales matters.
Follow up with purchasers and financiers on loan applications, approvals, SPA execution, and payments.
Coordinate with solicitors on SPA, MOT, DMC, title transfer, stamping, and related legal documentation.
Monitor progressive billing, collections, outstanding payments, and credit control matters.
Manage agent commissions, refunds, incentives, and promotional items.
Maintain accurate sales and purchaser records in MHub / relevant systems and prepare management reports.
Coordinate authority submissions, approvals, licences, utility applications, and other property-related matters.
Liaise with government agencies, local councils, banks, solicitors, consultants, and utility providers.
Maintain proper documentation and monitor the overall sales and post-sales process through Vacant Possession.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property development, property sales, real estate, sales administration, or related sales field.
Property developer experience is an added advantage.
Experience in sales administration, purchaser documentation, loan applications, progressive billing, credit control, and post-sales matters preferred.
Experience liaising with government agencies, local councils, statutory authorities, utility providers, solicitors, bankers, and consultants is highly preferred.
Familiar with property-related authority submissions, approvals, and documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; MHub or similar property management systems is an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong communication, coordination, organization, and follow-up skills with good attention to detail.
Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
