Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management or related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage.
• 2–3 years' proven experience in high-end or landed property sales.

Responsibilities

• Attend to sales enquiries (call-in and walk-in) and provide product information to achieve targets.
• Execute marketing strategies to meet company targets.
• Participate in property launches, exhibitions and sales office duties.
• Schedule and conduct property tours and virtual presentations; follow up to convert leads.
• Monitor market pricing and competitor projects to refine positioning.
