Job summary

Wing Tai Malaysia Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our Marketing & Sales team in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on luxury real estate, engaging high-net-worth clients and driving bookings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include presentations, walk-in assistance, lead follow-up, co-ordination with agents, and preparing reports. Proactive, independent yet team-oriented candidates with strong negotiation and presentation skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of luxury property sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to walk-in customers and sales enquiries professionally.

Conduct project presentations and property viewings for prospective purchasers.

Manage and coordinate with appointed sales agents, providing regular updates on project information, viewings, leads, and sales activities.

Prepare sales reports, enquiry tracking, booking status reports, and related documentation.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Support sales events, launches and promotional activities.

Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in luxury property sales, international marketing, or high-end residential developments.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, proactive and customer focused.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (off days on weekdays).
