Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a driven sales professional to join a leading property developer in Malaysia. You will proactively promote and sell industrial, commercial, and residential projects, and manage end-to-end sales from inquiry through to SPA signing.

You will aim to meet monthly and quarterly KPIs, build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate investors, and business owners, and coordinate with solicitors for loan and SPA processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in property sales.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets in a fast-paced developer environment.
• High level of integrity, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Proactively promote and sell the company’s range of industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
