Mewah Group seeks a Payment Executive to ensure group payment processing is efficient and compliant with internal controls. You will handle various banking documents, coordinate with internal/external parties, and contribute to process improvements.
Degree holders in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates welcome; AI tool familiarity is a plus. Strong detail orientation and proactive attitude are expected.
We are looking for Payment, executive to ensure group payment processing is performed efficiently and accurately aligns with Group Payment’s objectives and Company’s internal controls.
To ensure payment processing has been handled appropriately in compliance with contractual terms, departmental procedures and / or working instructions
Verify all transactions comply with internal control policies and approvals to prevent duplicate payments.
Handle Bill of Exchange, forex transactions, payroll, intercompany transfers, and other banking documents.
To ensure accuracy, completeness & consistency of Database
Coordinate with various internal and external parties to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Participate in ad hoc projects, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional assignments as required by the department.
Support digitalization and automation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-enabled tools to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Economics or related discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Preferably 1–2 years of related working experience (palm oil/commodities/shipping), but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms will be an added advantage.
