Mewah Group in Malaysia seeks a Senior Executive, Business Continuity Management to lead the development and implementation of the Group's BCM programme, coordinating with units to strengthen resilience and ensure continuity of critical operations.
You will conduct BIAs, design and review BC and Crisis Management Plans, run exercises, monitor performance, and deliver training, while engaging stakeholders across manufacturing, logistics and supply chain ecosystems.
We are looking for an experienced Business Continuity Management (BCM) professional to support the development and implementation of the Group's BCM programme. You will work closely with business units and management teams to strengthen business resilience, enhance crisis preparedness, and ensure continuity of critical operations.
Implement and maintain the Group's BCM framework, policies, and procedures.
Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and identify critical business processes.
Develop and review Business Continuity Plans and Crisis Management Plans.
Facilitate BCM exercises, simulations, and testing activities.
Monitor BCM performance and track improvement initiatives.
Deliver BCM training and awareness programmes.
Support crisis response activities and post-incident reviews when required.
Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in BCM, Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, or related fields.
Hands-on experience in Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Planning.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, refinery, logistics, or supply chain environments is an advantage.
Professional certifications such as BCI, DRI, or ISO 22301 are an added advantage.
