Responsibilities:
Assist in administrative-related matters including the appointment and termination of recruitment agents based on performance, efficiency, contribution to Sunway Education Group and corporate image.
Handle official communication with recruitment agents regarding administrative matters, new development updates and general inquiries.
Assist in managing invoicing processes for promotional materials, verify claims and bonus incentives while ensuring accuracy by cross-checking submitted claims against internal records, approved agreements and credit control parties.
Identify and resolve disputes by matching information with internal records and student databases to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Involved in continuous improvement of departmental procedures, policies and operational efficiency.
Assist in the administrative-matters related to international recruitment.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field of study.
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Willingness to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with external and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities, processes, and recruitment cycles.
Demonstrate maturity, integrity, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems.
Prior experience in administration, international recruitment support, student services, or higher education will be an added advantage.
Multilingual verbal and written communication skills will be an added advantage.
