Manage international student pass and visa processes in compliance with EMGS and Immigration Department regulations.
Handle student visa enquiries via walk-in and email in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Admissions, Bursary, and Schools) on student pass and visa-related matters for international students.
Prepare and submit applications to Immigration and EMGS, including student pass extension, student pass termination, college transfer, overstay pass, passport endorsement, etc.
Liaise with Immigration and EMGS on all visa and student pass matters.
Maintain accurate records and proper documentation for all Immigration and EMGS submissions.
Coordinate airport pick-up arrangements for international students.
Support general student services and administrative duties as required.
Handle any other tasks as assigned by Superior.
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling international student application matters and visa processing.
Willing to travel and work beyond office hours (if necessary).
Ability to converse well in English, Malay and Chinese as you will deal with students from Mainland China.
Ability to handle queries and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Well versed with regulations and requirements set by EMGS and Immigration Department.
Good team player, meticulous, non-calculative and possess high level of integrity.
