Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Executive, Human Resource & Administration to manage day-to-day HR operations and office administration. Reporting directly to management, you will support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to ISO compliance in a structured, quality-driven environment.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Human Resource & Administration to manage our day-to-day HR operations and office management. Reporting directly to management, you will play a key role across the entire employee lifecycle from talent acquisition and employee engagement to office administration and ISO compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to gain broad exposure in a structured, quality-driven environment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including drafting, posting job advertisements, candidate sourcing, screening and interview scheduling with hiring departments.
Facilitate candidate selection, job offer preparation, execution of complete onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Prepare recruitment trackers, manpower updates and talent acquisition reports.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files and HR databases while ensuring strict data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with payroll-related matters, attendance monitoring and leave administration.
Support the implementation and regular updating of ISO documentation, quality control standards and audit procedures across all HR and administrative functions.
Ensure all HR and administrative practices strictly comply with internal company policies, the Malaysia Employment Act, local council regulations and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing advice and support on HR policies, procedures and employee relations matters.
Support employee engagement activities, staff welfare programs and company events to foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist in managing confirmation processes, performance tracking and employee retention plan.
Coordinate training initiatives, learning and development programs, staff upskilling activities in alignment with company goals.
Maintain training records, track training effectiveness and assist with relevant training grant/claim processes (e.g., HRD Corp, where applicable).
Oversee daily office administration to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Manage office supplies, assets, equipment and facility maintenance.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, vendors, service providers and government agencies on administrative and office operational matters.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
1–3 years of working experience in HR and/or Administration is an added advantage.
Good understanding of recruitment processes, HR administration and Employment Acts.
Familiarity with payroll processing, attendance monitoring and leave management.
Exposure to ISO documentation control or Quality Management Systems (QMS) is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly for Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting and presentations.
Strong communication skill, interpersonal skills and practical problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
