Paramount Property (Utara) Sdn Bhd is seeking a finance assistant to support daily accounting activities in Penang. You will help monitor cash flow, reconcile accounts, and manage fixed assets while assisting with audit and tax matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Finance, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Update projected payment worksheet for cash flow monitoring purpose.
• Quarterly reconciliation on legal fee, vendor and intercompany accounts.
• Reimburse access fund in HDA to current account on a weekly basis.
• Assist in back charge matters.
• Update and monitor fixed assets movement and perform periodic physical sighting.
• Update notes of account after monthly closing.
• Assist in taxation, internal control/audit & other related matters.
• Assist to issue official receipts to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Update projected payment worksheet for cash flow monitoring purpose.

Requirements
