Job summary

Cornerstone Xstate in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day financial activities of the Group, including management reporting, budgeting, taxation compliance, statutory reporting and cash flow management.

The role requires a strategic thought‑partner with entrepreneurial spirit, leading the finance team, performing financial modelling and advisory for business decisions, and collaborating with HODs to manage P&L and company growth.

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting.
• 3 years of experience as Finance Manager in a similar industry.
• Actively involved in budgets, forecasting work with Sales HOD for business results.
• Able to prepare financial modelling and advisory for business decision making.
• Keen on learning and continuous improvement, self-reflect on what went wrong and what to improve.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial statements, monthly/periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow, including collection, forecasting and optimizing cash resources.
• Prepare company budgets including new business ventures financial modelling and profitability studies.
• Work with HODs in managing the Profit and Loss, Revenue, Cost and Profit.
• Lead the finance team to achieve department KPI and efficiency.

Job in Brief

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm)
