Zusammenfassung

Bright Property Service (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Executive to manage month-end/year-end closing, reconcile ledgers, and prepare the full set of management accounts. You will oversee cashbooks, journal entries, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role supports budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and management reporting, with involvement in audits, tax, and compliance. Fresh graduates are welcome; travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifikationen

Preferable with Certificate (LCCI), Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, and other relevant fields.
Experience in ERP/SAP/AutoCAD systems is an added advantage.
At least 1 year of accounting experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Aufgaben

Responsible for timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
Prepare and maintain full set of management accounts, including journals and reconciliations.
Monitor billing, collections, and accounts receivable management with follow-up on overdue balances.
Liaise with business units and external stakeholders to ensure timely project final accounts.
Review and maintain cashbook, payment schedules, and daily financial transactions.
Assist budgeting, cash flow monitoring, financial analysis and management reporting.
Support audit, tax, and statutory compliance matters and ensure internal controls.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Jobbeschreibung

Responsible for the timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing of accounts, including preparation and review of reconciliations, supporting schedules, and accounting entries.

Prepare and maintain full set of management accounts, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and reconciliation of sub-ledgers in accordance with reporting timelines.

Monitor and ensure timely billing, collections, and accounts receivable management, including follow-up on overdue balances and resolving billing discrepancies.

Liaise closely with business units, project teams, and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of project final accounts and accurate financial recording.

Review and maintain accounting records, including cashbook, payment schedules, and daily financial transactions, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, financial analysis, and management reporting to support business decision-making.

Support audit, tax, and statutory compliance matters, including preparation of schedules and required documentation.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within finance and accounting functions.

Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Preferable with Certificate (LCCI), Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, and other relevant fields.

Proficient in both written and spoken in Malay, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Experience in ERP/SAP/AUTOCAD system is an added advantage.

At least 1 years of accounting experience.FRESH GRADUATE ARE WELCOME.

Willing to travel to various project sites as required by work arrangement.

Working hours: 9am - 6pm (2 hours lunch break)
