Job summary

Bright Property Service (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an accounting professional in Johor to ensure timely monthly closings, accurate reconciliations, and timely billing. The role includes preparing full sets of monthly management accounts, liaising with project teams for final accounts, and maintaining daily cashbooks.

Fresh graduates are welcome and several allowances are provided. Preference is given to candidates with LCCI/ Diploma/ Degree in Finance or Accounting and experience with ERP/SAP.

Qualifications

• Preferable with Certificate (LCCI), Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Experience in ERP/SAP/AutoCAD system is an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure timely and accurate monthly closing of accounts including reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Review and ensure timely billing and collection from customers.
• Prepare full set of monthly management accounts, including journals, bank reconciliations, and reconciliations to sub-ledgers.
• Liaise with business units and project teams to ensure timely closure of project final accounts.
• Maintain daily cashbook and other accounting records on a timely basis.
• Handle other matters as directed by management.

Job description

Preparation of full set of monthly management accounts, including journals, bank reconciliations, reconciliations to sub-ledgers, on a timely basis.

Liaise with business units and project teams to ensure timely closure of project final account and recording in the accounts.

Maintain various accounting records including daily cashbook, on a timely basis.

Any other matters as directed by the management.

Job Requirements:

Preferable with Certificate (LCCI), Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, and other relevant fields.

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Experience in ERP/SAP/AUTOCAD system is an added advantage.

At least 1 years of accounting experience.FRESH GRADUATE ARE WELCOME.

Working hours: 9am - 6pm (2 hours lunch break)
