Job summary

CPI Land Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Senior Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support reporting in compliance with standards and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, preparing full sets of accounts, assisting with month-end and year-end closes, and liaising with auditors and tax agents. Diploma or degree in accounting and at least two years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of working experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Experience in the property development an added advantage.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MHW accounting system) is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Responsible, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines and attention to details.
• Able to work independently.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit and reference.
• Assist in monitoring cash flow, project-related payments, and budget tracking.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties as required.
• Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of management reports and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant statutory requirements.
• To undertake any ad hoc schedule required when required by the management.
