Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Penang is seeking a Customer Service / Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments, coordinate with Operations, and communicate status updates to customers. You will handle inquiries, provide quotes, and look for up-selling opportunities while helping build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, or are fresh graduates, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills to deliver
