Job summary

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma holder.
Experience in financial institution or related field preferred.
Customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing and sales experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores.
Carry targets for CASA and FD growth and cross-sell products.
Learn and use I-Pads/other devices for service and cross selling.
Perform Meeter-Greeter/Navigator roles on rotation.
Assist in calling up customers for service/sales interactions.
Support Digital Transformation initiatives including Connect Penetration and OTC migration.
Carry out branch staffing duties to maintain adequate coverage.
Carry out transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, remittances).
Balance end-of-day cash and maintain cash handling standards.
Observe and comply with Code of Conduct & Ethics.
Represent Hong Leong Bank in community relations.
