Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and support CSAT goals.
• Carry targets for CASA, FD Book growth, account opening, and cross selling.
• Learn and use I-Pads or devices for service and cross selling.
• Assist in calling customers for service or sales interactions.
• Carry out branch transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain neat work area and professional appearance.
• Attend trainings and complete required e-learning modules.
