Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking an Executive for the Business Channel (Operations & Customer Service) to provide superior service to branch customers and achieve cross-sell targets. The role involves handling transactions, managing queue times, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.

The position requires a minimum diploma and relevant financial experience, with necessary licenses. Occasional field visits and weekend SST standby are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma holder and above.
• Related working experience in Financial Institution or related field.
• Licensing Requirements: FIMM / UT license, PCE & TBE licenses.

Responsibilities

• Accept and process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, remittances, ANSB and any other products).
• Over-riding of transactions.
• Perform Self-Audit Check diligently as required.
• Comply to Bank’s internal SOPs as applicable.
• On stand-by during weekend for SST activities as applicable.
• Carry out other duties as assigned periodically.
• Maintaining confidentiality of customers and Bank’s information in a responsible manner.
