Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (N2+) and professional English required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; data analysis is an advantage.
  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

As an Executive Assistant to Managing Director at Uchida MK Sdn Bhd, you will be the right-hand person to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth operations and supporting strategic initiatives. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior leadership.

Proficiency in Japanese language (N2 and above) and professional English is a MUST

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis is an advantage.

High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
