Job summary

MAE GLOBAL SDN. BHD. is seeking an Operations Executive (Warehouse & Events) to support daily fulfilment, stock monitoring, and roadshow logistics. You will liaise with our outsourced warehouse, handle order changes, and assist in coordinating field activities.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in operations or events, can manage follow-ups via WhatsApp and email, own a car for site coordination, and communicate in Mandarin and English (Malay a plus).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of operations, logistics, or event coordination experience.
• Can handle WhatsApp and email follow-ups without being chased.
• Are comfortable switching between routine tasks and deadline-driven projects.
• Own a car (field coordination required).
• Communicate in Mandarin and English (Malay a plus).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with outsourced warehouse on daily fulfilment operations.
• Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment needs.
• Handle order exceptions — address changes, delivery failures, returns.
• Process agent order amendments and escalations.
• Coordinate venue booking, logistics, and material deployment for roadshows.
• Manage on-ground setup and work with the team during event days.
• Track post-event performance data and compile reports.
• Help build our Roadshow SOP so every event runs cleaner than the last.
