Job summary

R Pharmacy (Pastel Care Sdn Bhd) is recruiting for a warehouse operative to manage stock receiving, handling, and organization at our Kuala Lumpur facility. The role includes assisting drivers with stock deliveries to outlets and supporting loading/unloading at both warehouse and store locations.

You will prepare and fulfil orders, ensure accurate stock processing, and maintain inventory records. Training for warehouse equipment and scanners will be provided, with emphasis on safety and

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for warehouse operations, with a strong focus on stock receiving, handling, and organization.
• Assist the driver in delivering stock to outlets as required.
• Support the loading and unloading of goods in a safe, timely, and efficient manner at both warehouse and outlet locations.
• Prepare and fulfil orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labelling, and dispatching.
• Receive and process incoming stock, ensuring accurate picking, unloading, inspection, labelling, and proper storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory and storage records, ensuring all incoming and outgoing goods are properly documented.
• Operate warehouse equipment, scanners, and computer systems efficiently (training will be provided).
• Maintain consistent cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Comply with company procedures, safety regulations, and operational guidelines at all times.
