Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an ERP System Engineer to support and enhance ERP platforms across Finance, Procurement, Inventory and Manufacturing. You will collaborate with internal teams and ERP vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.

The role requires a degree or diploma in IT or related fields, familiarity with SQL and Power BI, and a proactive, analytical mindset to support UAT, trainings and integrations across business units.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma/Professional Certificate in IT or related fields.
• Preferably 1–2 years ERP system support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft or SAP ERP is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, or Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, API, Power Platform, RPA, AI, Azure, or Web Services is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work well with business users.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 functional and technical support for ERP systems.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and other business modules.
• Work with internal teams and ERP vendors to resolve system, integration, and data-related issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support system enhancements and improvements.
• Assist with UAT, system testing, end-user training, and implementation activities.
