Maxter Glove Manufacturing in Meru, Selangor, is seeking an ERP Specialist to manage configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the ERP system across manufacturing, finance and procurement. Maxter Glove Manufacturing – Meru, Selangor
Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to support the organization's business processes and also involves ensuring system reliability, and providing technical support to users to facilitate seamless ERP operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To configure and maintain ERP software system as well as managing user accounts, roles, permissions and security accessibility level.
2. To liaise with software vendors and implementor on ERP configuration and procurement aligned with business requirements.
3. To address troubleshoot any issues affecting ERP functionality and provide first-line support to end-users addressing inquiries and resolving system problems.
4. To plan, develop and deliver training sessions to improve user proficiency and system adoption.
5. To document system processes and user guide manual beside consolidate user feedback to enhance ERP usability.
6. Ensure ERP compliance with internal policies and relevant data protection regulations.
7. To collaborate with department heads to customize ERP modules to meet specific business needs, internal policies compliance and relevant data protection regulations.
8. To promote the adoption of system-driven processes, real-time data usage, and communication on system changes or upgrading
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or other relevant academic fields.
2. Proven experience configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) across manufacturing, finance, and procurement functions
3. Effective communication with experience delivering user training, creating SOPs, and addressing user feedback to improve ERP usability
4. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor ERP modules to specific business needs and drive adoption
5. Familiar with vendor coordination for ERP-related software procurement and configuration
6. Knowledge of ERP operation conceptual and system configurations as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
