Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an ERP support analyst to provide day-to-day assistance for ERP users, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT to tailor the system to departmental needs.

You will create dashboards and reports using Power BI, test upgrades, and help with data migration while developing user guides and training materials for staff in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with ERP System, MS SQL, Crystal report/ Jet Report/ Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Team Player and able to work independently.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for ERP system users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with business users and IT team members to configure, customize enhance the ERP system according to specific departmental requirements.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries to support management and operational decision-making.
• Test new features, enhancements, and system upgrades to ensure they meet business needs and free from errors.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation to help employees use the ERP system efficiently.
• Assist with the migration of data into the ERP system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with business rules.
• Explore the extensive features of Microsoft 365 products such as Power BI, Teams and Power Automate, collaborating with internal users to optimize daily tasks and automate workflows.
