Job summary

Grand Venture Technology in Malaysia’s Penang is seeking an ERP Lead to drive end-to-end ERP project implementations, upgrades, and integrations. You will bridge business and technical requirements and guide the ERP team from planning through post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ERP deployments, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and hands-on Epicor Kinetic experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP system setup & implementation, management, and support.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing ERP-related projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems. Experience with Epicor Kinetic is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ERP implementations, module deployments, upgrades, patches, integrations, and enhancement projects from planning and budgeting through execution, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

• Lead, manage, and mentor the ERP team by providing direction, technical guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
• Identify ERP knowledge gaps and coordinate structured training, user support, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to maximize system adoption, user proficiency, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify system requirements, resolve issues, drive process improvements, and ensure effective delivery of ERP solutions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues, identify opportunities for process and system optimization, and stay current with ERP technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
