Job summary

eXecSearch Malaysia seeks a driven ERP Analyst (fresh graduates to 2 years) to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related business systems, handling day-to-day ERP administration and data updates.

You will maintain master data, assist with UAT and testing, prepare reports in Excel, and work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and digitalisation.

This role offers hands-on exposure to ERP, data analytics, and career growth in a manufacturing-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years' working experience welcome.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and related business systems.
• Maintain and update ERP master data, including item, product, BOM and routing information.
• Perform data checking and verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide first-level support to users on basic ERP enquiries and issues.
• Record, monitor and follow up on ERP support issues.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system enhancements and upgrades.
• Prepare test data, testing scenarios and record test results.
• Prepare ERP reports and perform basic data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Identify data inconsistencies and assist in resolving data quality issues.
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions, user guides and other ERP documentation.
• Support process improvement, automation and digitalisation initiatives.
• Work with internal departments and ERP specialists to improve system usage and business processes.

Requirements
