Job summary

Mehow Medical (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an capable ERP/Applications Support professional to provide daily support for the company’s ERP system and business applications. You will troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve user issues, working closely with internal departments to understand needs and document requirements.

The role requires gathering business requirements, delivering training, supporting RPA, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure smooth solution delivery and knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in application or ERP support, software development, or RPA.
• Basic SQL and database management knowledge.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is a plus.
• Chinese speaking recommended to liaise with China HQ.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily ERP and business application support to users.
• Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve reported issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to capture business requirements.
• Document processes, system specs, and user manuals.
• Develop and deliver end-user and technical training.
• Support RPA by monitoring and troubleshooting bots.
• Contribute to project plans and deliverables.
• Create documentation and share knowledge with the team.

Provide daily support for the company’s ERP system and business applications.

Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve application issues reported by users.

Work closely with internal departments to understand business needs, processes, and system requirements.

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.

Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and technical teams.

Support RPA solutions by monitoring automation processes and troubleshooting bot-related issues.

Assist in the preparation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Utilize AI tools to improve development efficiency and support solution delivery.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, process flows, system configurations, and technical documents.

Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members to support ongoing system maintenance and project development.

Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma and Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Application support / ERP Support, Software Development, or RPA.
• Basic knowledge in SQL and database management.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP and etc
• Experience in ERP system, ie: SAP is added advantage.
• Chinese speaking recommended* as need to direct liaise with China HQ Team.
