Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Analyst to provide daily ERP support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with users and IT teams to improve ERP functionality. The role also involves developing reports and dashboards to support business decisions and assisting with system upgrades.

Using Microsoft 365 tools such as Power BI, Teams and Power Automate, you will streamline processes, support data migration, and prepare user guides and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant ERP support experience.
• Knowledgeable in ERP systems, MS SQL, Crystal/Jet Reports, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ERP system support, troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to configure, enhance and optimize ERP solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and queries to support business decision-making.
• Test system enhancements, new features and upgrades to ensure functionality and accuracy.
• Prepare user guides, training materials and system documentation.
• Support ERP data migration and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 tools such as Power BI, Teams and Power Automate to improve productivity and automate workflows.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties/projects assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role;
• Knowledgeable in ERP System, M/S. SQL, Crystal report/Jet Report/Power BI;
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal;
• A team player and able to work independently.
