Job summary

M-Link System (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia's Selangor region is seeking a skilled Solution Engineer/Presales to translate business needs into secure, scalable enterprise solutions. You will work closely with the Project Channel Team to qualify opportunities, conduct customer discovery, and deliver technical demonstrations.

You will design end-to-end solutions, prepare BOMs and architecture documentation, lead PoC activities, and craft responses to RFPs.

Qualifications

3 years’ experience in Solution Engineer, Presales or related technical role.
Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
Familiar with ICT products.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
Work with Project Channel Team to qualify opportunities and manage technical aspects throughout the sales cycle.
Design end-to-end solutions and prepare documentation, proposals, solution architectures, and BOM.
Plan and execute PoC activities including scope, design and validation documentation.
Prepare SoCs and technical responses for RFPs, tenders, and enterprise bids.
Provide technical guidance and solution recommendations to customers, partners and implementation teams.
Support project delivery to ensure solutions are implemented according to design and standards.
Serve as the internal solutions architect and technical owner for assigned technologies.
