Job summary

China Mobile Malaysia is expanding its ICT System Integration business and seeks an ICT Solution Architect to translate customer requirements into practical, competitive, deliverable multi-vendor solutions.

You will design solutions across enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud, data centres, servers and managed services, prepare BOQ/BOM, costings and technical proposals, and lead presentations, workshops and tenders with regional teams.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience with a system integrator, ICT solution provider, distributor or technology vendor.
• Strong experience in solution architecture or technical pre-sales.
• Good knowledge of enterprise ICT products from Huawei, Cisco, HPE, Dell, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, VMware or equivalent.
• Experience preparing BOQ/BOM, costing and technical proposals.
• Strong customer communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions covering enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud, data centres, servers, storage, backup and managed services.
• Prepare solution designs, network diagrams, BOQ/BOM, technical proposals and implementation plans.
• Lead customer presentations, workshops, site surveys and proof-of-concept activities.
• Support tenders and RFPs, including technical compliance and solution costing.
• Work with Sales, vendors, distributors and technical teams to build commercially viable solutions.
• Provide technical guidance during implementation, testing and handover.
