Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled Solution Engineer to translate business requirements into secure, scalable enterprise solutions. You will work with the Project Channel Team to qualify opportunities, lead technical demonstrations, and design end-to-end solutions with BOMs and PoCs.

Responsibilities include preparing SoCs for RFPs, creating architecture documents, and guiding partners and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.

Qualifications

Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
At least 3 years’ experience in working as a Solution Engineer or Presales or related technical role.
Familiar with ICT products.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
Work closely with the Project Channel Team to qualify opportunities and manage technical aspects throughout the sales cycle, including customer discovery sessions, solution presentations, and technical demonstrations.
Design end-to-end solutions and prepare professional documentation, proposals, solution architectures, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Plan and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) activities and prepare SoC responses for RFPs and bids.
Maintain engagement with customers, providing technical guidance and solution recommendations.
