Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled Solution Engineer to translate business requirements into secure, scalable enterprise solutions. You will work with the Project Channel Team to qualify opportunities, lead technical demonstrations, and design end-to-end solutions with BOMs and PoCs.

Responsibilities include preparing SoCs for RFPs, creating architecture documents, and guiding partners and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
• At least 3 years’ experience in working as a Solution Engineer or Presales or related technical role.
• Familiar with ICT products.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business requirements into secure, scalable enterprise solutions.

Work closely with the Project Channel Team to qualify opportunities and manage all technical aspects throughout the sales cycle, including customer discovery sessions, solution presentations, and technical demonstrations.

Design end-to-end solutions and prepare professional documentation, proposals, solution architectures, and Bills of Materials (BOM).

Plan and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) activities, including scope definition, design, and validation documentation.

Prepare Statements of Compliance (SoC) and technical responses for RFPs, tenders, and enterprise bids.

Maintain consistent engagement with customers, providing technical guidance and solution recommendations.

Provide technical support and architectural oversight to partners and implementation teams.

Support project delivery to ensure solutions are implemented according to design and enterprise standards.

Serve as the internal solutions architect and technical owner for assigned technologies.
